Manage objectives

You can manage your objectives for individuals or for organizations and assign target values, unit of measures (like currencies, amount, percentage, etc.), owners, managers and regional codes as well as unlimited reviews and also assign objectives to objective groups.

Review objectives

Reviews are used to take frequently a current snapshot of the current status in percent of completion of the objective. So if the target is e.g. to raise sales from 300k USD to 400k USD and at the time of the review the sales is at 375k USD, the percentage value of the review should be 75%, as 75k raise from the original value has been achieved.

Objective groups

Objectives can be grouped together, to enable analysis independently from the already existing breakdown analysis like owners, managers, organizations, regions etc.
